Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at FeedingPillowPro.com (“we”, “us”, “our”).
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the terms set out below.
1. Returns – Eligibility
You may request a return of a product if the following conditions are met:

The request is made within 14 days from the date you received the item.

The product is in its original condition, unused (except for inspection), with all original packaging, tags, accessories, instruction manuals still included.

The product is defective, damaged in transit, or not as described on our website.
Note: Returns will not be accepted for:

Change of mind, unless otherwise accepted by us.

Items that are used, worn, washed, altered or assembled.

Items that were shipped incorrectly because of address errors by the customer.

Items without proof of purchase.
2. How to Submit a Return Request
To initiate a return:

Contact our Customer Service within 14 days of delivery via email at [insert contact email] or via our website contact form.

Provide your Order Number, Date of Purchase, and reason for return with photographs if the item is damaged or defective.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

You must ship the item back to us within 7 days after approval. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless otherwise specified by us.
3. Inspection & Certification
After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria above. If the item is accepted, we will issue a refund in accordance with Section 4.
If the item fails inspection (e.g., shows signs of use or damage not from transit), we reserve the right to refuse the return or process a partial refund.
4. Refunds
If you meet the eligibility criteria and the item passes inspection:

We will refund the purchase price of the item (excluding original shipping costs) to your original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note that it may take additional days for your bank or payment provider to credit your account.
5. Exchanges or Store Credit
At our discretion, we may offer an exchange or store credit instead of a refund. Store credits will expire 12 months from date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
6. Shipping and Duties on Returns

You are responsible for the correct shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for returns caused by incorrect address provided by you.

You must pay for the return shipping unless we instruct otherwise.

You are responsible for any duties, taxes or customs charges incurred during return shipment.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns unless defective:

Items marked “final sale” or “clearance”.

Items that have been used, washed or assembled.

Products missing original packaging, tags, accessories or instruction manuals.

Items damaged by misuse, neglect, improper handling, or unauthorised modifications.
8. Cancellation Before Shipping
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped:

If the order has not yet been processed by our supplier, we may approve cancellation and refund the full amount including shipping.

If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the return procedure above.
9. Returns for Dropshipped Goods
Please note: Because we fulfil orders from third-party suppliers, shipping and fulfilment times may vary. We rely on our suppliers for stock and dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
10. Governing Law
This Policy and any dispute arising from it shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
11. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. The updated version will be effective as of the “Last updated” date indicated above. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
